Do you create the content?

We create and adapt social posts using the photos, existing videos, business information, promotions, announcements, and other material you provide. We may also use appropriate AI-assisted graphics or content when it makes sense. We do not provide on-location photography or professional video production.

Do you make videos for TikTok?

We can publish and format existing video content you provide for TikTok. Professional video production, filming, and on-location content creation are not part of the service.

Do you manage paid social media advertising?

No. MSQ2I Social Media Management focuses on organic content preparation, scheduling, and publishing. Paid advertising campaign management is not included.

Do you answer comments and direct messages?

Routine comment, direct-message, and community management is not included. The business remains responsible for customer conversations and account messages unless something different is specifically agreed in writing.

Which social platforms do you support?

Our standard service supports Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile. Your plan determines how many of those platforms we manage.

Do I have to provide photos and content?

You should provide reasonable access to real business material such as photos, existing videos, promotions, announcements, projects, products, events, and updates. We handle turning that material into publishable social content.

Can you guarantee more followers or sales?

No legitimate social media service can guarantee a specific number of followers, views, leads, or sales. Our service is designed to keep your business's social presence active, professional, and consistent.

What counts as a content piece?

A content piece is one core post or business update. We may adapt that content for multiple platforms. The number shown in your plan refers to core content pieces, not a completely different original campaign for every platform.
